WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS After October 31, 2010 dancers are expected to remain with the studio until the end of the dance year in 2010. Before October 31, 2010 WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS Written notice (e-mail is fine) is required for withdrawal from class(es) and will be accepted until, Oct. 31, 2010. Please submit your written notice to us by the 30th of the month. This will result in you not being charged on the 1st of the next month. After October 31, 2010 it is expected that dancers will remain with the studio for the dance year. Costume deposit(s) and RAD Exam deposit(s) are non-refundable as they will be charged after the October 31, 2010 withdrawal deadline. |
