THANK YOU
First, a big THANK YOU to each and every one of our dancers for choosing our studio to call home. Parents ~ we appreciate having the chance to work with your dancer.
ALLERGIES ~ ANAPHYLACTIC
Thank you to everyone for taking care and making our studio NUT FREE. This includes all food that contains nuts too!
If we do have inclement weather (snow, black ice) in the next few months, the best way to check to see if the studio is open is by checking the web site.
2024 RECITAL AND DRESS REHEARSAL DATES
Please mark these dates down and keep these dates open. All classes will perform in one rehearsal and one recital. We will head into our dance year with this goal in mind and be ready if changes are necessary.
RECITALS: May 03, 04, (2 shows on the 4th.)
DRESS REHEARSALS: April 23, 24, 25. The Recital Breakdown of what class performs in which show will be available in early 2024.
If you have more than one child dancing or a child taking more than one class a week, please be aware that you could be involved in more than one show. This would mean purchasing tickets for all shows you plan on attending.
COSTUME DEPOSIT
Costumes are an exciting part of our performance. Costume money deposit of $95 per Dancer per class will be posted to your account and charged on November 2. Some costumes may require your attention with trim/accessories in making the finished product. Costume money deposit is not a fixed cost, only a guideline.
RAD EXAM BALLET DEPOSIT
If your Dancer is in an Exam class the presentation / class award / exam deposit in the amount of $90 will be posted to your account and charged on November 3. The balance will be due in the Spring.
MANAGING YOUR KCDS ACCOUNT ON-LINE
You can update your contact /account / payment information, check class times, on-line. Please go to our web site home page - click on the ‘Manage Your Account On-Line’ Log in with your e-mail address. Forgot your password – hit the ‘forgot your password’ button and away you go!
EYES UP PLEASE
It is getting darker earlier each day ... when around cars in the parking lot/on the street please be careful, don't bend down behind cars, keep eyes up, stay to the middle of the parking lot when walking and look both ways before you cross the street.
PARENT VIEWING ~ THANK YOU!
We enjoyed our viewing week in October! Thank you to all who joined us. We will have another Parent Viewing in February 1-7. Please mark your calendar and plan to join us for your dancer's class.

PRIMARY TAP SHOE LACES
It is time to say good-bye to the black satin laces in our tap shoes (primary dancers) Please replace the laces with a dance shoe ties (available at the studio office $6) or a piece of black elastic. No more laces, hurray!

Competition Team & Competition Class Information
Competition Team & Class members please check the web site under the "CompTeam" Button often. Competition Entry Fees are now posted and will be charged December 5.
KCDS Clothing /Jackets
Studio clothing including studio jackets have been ordered. Families that ordered items will receive an email once their item is ready for pick up. We expect clothing to come in towards the end of November.
