COMPETITION 1: Euphoria Dance Competition
Mo-Fr, March 3 - 7, 2025. Charlie White Theatre, Sidney, BC
COMPETITION 2: Phoenix Dance Competition
Fr-Su, April 11 - 13, 2025. Port Theatre, 125 Front Street, Nanaimo BC
The schedule will arrive 3/4 weeks before the competition. A dancer performing in 1 or 2 dances may not need to stay over night. Families needing/wishing to stay may stay where they please. IE: family / friends / hotel of their choice.

Individuals to provide credit card at check-in. A pre-authorization will be done for the full stay including taxes plus a $200.00 security deposit. Full payment including any incidentals, damage, or refunds to other guests due to noise or nuisance complaints will be applied at check-out. Check-In/Out: Check-In: 3pm onwards (earlier check-ins or later check-outs are based on availability and may be subject to an additional charge). Check-Out: 11am. Release Date: Any rooms in this block that are not guaranteed with a valid credit card before 4:00pm Friday, Mar 21st, 2025 will be released for general sale.

CLASS WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

Withdrawal for KCDS COMPETITION TEAM & COMPETITION CLASS DANCERS: September 30, 2024
KCDS Competition Team & Competition Class Dancers: Written notice (e-mail is acceptable) is required for withdrawal from class (es) and will be accepted until, September 30, 2024. Please submit your written notice to us by the 30th of the month. This will result in you not being charged on the 1st of the next month. After September 30, 2024 it is expected that dancers will remain with the studio Competition Team for the dance year, Sept 2024 to May 2025. Performance Fee Costume deposit(s) $110.00 class due after the drop out date of September 30, 2024 and are non-refundable. RAD Exam deposit(s) $90.00/ graded classes and Vocational classes are charged on November 3, 2024.
Media Fee $22.00 - Charged October 15, not refundable as drop out date (09/30/24) for Comp Team / Class dancers has past.

CREWJam - 2025

@ KCDS - 5:45-715pm
CREWJam is when KCDS CREWS perform for each other. Please keep this date open. Dancers are with us from 545-715pm. No costumes, dress in black with proper hip hop shoes.
