RECITAL TICKETS - GO ON SALE APRIL 4
Tickets will go on sale April 4 through the University of Victoria Ticket Office both on line and in person. Tickets may be purchased on line, click here by phone 250-721-8480 or in person. Detailed ticket information please click here. Tickets are $15.00 plus Tax and Service Charges.

DRESS REHEARSALS: April 29, 30, May 1
Dress Rehearsals and Recitals take place at the University Farquhar Auditorium and UVIC.
BACKSTAGE CREW
Thank you to all that have already volunteered. We require Back Stage Assistants. You do get to see dress rehearsal and watch your dancer perform both at their rehearsal and recital. You don’t get to sit and watch the show. You will be responsible for your class back stage. Back Stage Assistants will be issued name badges, and only those with badges will be welcome back stage. This is a security measure. Back Stage Assistants do not need a ticket for the show they are assisting with. It is important that you are available for both dress rehearsal and recital dates. We welcome back photographer Miss Noelle Frazer who will be taking our dance photos. Each class will have a class photo and individual photo of each dancer. Digital photos will be accessible on line with a code in June.

COSTUMES – Please have costumes organized by April 10
Distribution has almost wrapped up. If your dancer doesn't have a costume yet please get in touch with us and we can update you. Please remember having your dancers costume organized is your responsibility and we are here to help. Please label costume pieces and dance shoes with your dancer’s name.
TIGHTS - does my dancer need tights? Please ask us via email
NUDE SUIT - Dancers 7+ year that dance in more that one recital number may benefit from an nude suit. A flesh coloured body suit that is worn under costumes. As a dancer changes the nude suit stays on. Make changes very comfortable for a dancer. Nude Suits are available at Ellswear Dance and Active Wear or Toes 'N Taps.

PRIMARY TAP SHOE LACES:
It is time to say good-bye to the black satin laces in our tap shoes (primary dancers) Please replace the laces with a dance shoe ties (available at the studio office $6) or a piece of black elastic. No more laces coming undone hurray!

LAST DAY OF CLASSES

No regular dance classes the week of April 28. See you at the Dress Rehearsals.

No regular dance classes the week of May 5. See everyone at the Recitals.

RAD Ballet dance classes during the weeks of April 28 and May 5 will run as normal unless a dancer has dress rehearsal.

Last Day of Stage Classes (Tap, Jazz, non-exam Ballet, hip hop etc) are over after the Recital.
ALLERGIES
ANAPHYLACTIC
Thank you to everyone for taking care and making our studio NUT FREE. This includes all food that contains nuts too! This year, we have 5 dancers that are anaphylactic.
Last day of Stage Classes, Saturday, April 26. We will see everyone at Dress Rehearsal and Recital. After Recital - Stage Class Dance Year is complete.
COMPETITIONS ~ 2025
Wishing good luck to our Competition Teams and Competition Classes! They made us very proud at the Euphoria Comp in Victoria. April 11 - 13 we head to Nanaimo to Phoenix Dance Competition. Competition Families please check the web site under the 'CompTeam' button on a regular basis.
Royal Academy of Dance Exam Ballet
The Royal Academy of Dance Ballet exams will take place May 25 - June 25. RAD Exam emails have been sent to Dancers ready for their exam. Exam Prep Classes are now listed the web site under the "RADBallet" button.
RAD Ballet Classes continue through the month of May. Please keep a close eye on the RAD Ballet button for the updates.
GRADUATION, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 YEAR AWARDS
If your dancer is graduating grade 12/University or has been with us for 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 years and will be getting a medal/trophy please confirm this by e-mailing Miss Karen at CLICK HERE or leaving a message at 250- 658-0445.
